the new city limit depicted here is a byproduct of travel. project PERIMETER generated specific locations around the city limits of portland maine. these sites were traveled to in order to photography the perimeter of this city. in response to this task, and with the use of GPS, a new line has been drawn indicating a new perimeter, that is governed with a new set of questions.
